Meet The Team

Will

Will’s 19-year tenure in the construction and land surveying domain is distinguished by his leadership in a multitude of surveying projects across Australia, adeptly managing both FIFO and residential roles. His expertise spans SMP (structural, mechanical, and piping) or dimensional control, civil concrete, high-rise developments, earthworks, sub-divisions, and major road construction.

Throughout his FIFO tenure, Will oversaw projects for clients including Consolidated Minerals, Rio Tinto, BHP, Roy Hill, and Fortescue Metals Group. His portfolio includes a diverse range of surveying projects, notably the establishment of new processing plants and their ancillary support structures, as well as new mining camps or villages. Complementing his extensive FIFO background, Will’s residential experience has further enriched his construction career, with a history of contributing to mixed purpose low and high-rise developments, healthcare facilities, retail complexes, and significant roadway constructions.

Ed

Ed embarked on his professional journey in the Pilbara, initially contributing to a roading project with BC Iron. Following its culmination, he ventured to Cape Preston for the Sino Iron Project and subsequently engaged in a rail project in the Mid West under an NRW/John Holland collaboration. Moving away from the FIFO lifestyle, Ed transitioned to high-rise construction in Sydney for an enriching 8-year period.

Upon his return, he predominantly focused his expertise in the Goldfields region, where he has been actively involved in large scale projects for the past few years, most recently building Liontown’s lithium refinement plant at Kathleen Valley.
